Exhibitor Registration Form
Exhibitor space typically contains space provided by 6 foot tables and two chairs (roughly 10 feet of space). We also recognize that display space for products might need to have their own floor space. Please choose the package you need based on tables, but when you register, you will have the option to not have tables and instead have display space instead.

There are monetary charges for power, extra outlets, extension cords, etc. Power is not needed for plugging in a computer or phone, but if your display contains a TV, extra monitors, or display needing power, you will need to sign up for power.

Tier I: 1 six foot table, 2 chairs (roughly 10 feet of space) - $575
Tier II: 2 six foot tables, 4 chairs (roughly 15-20 feet of space) - $875
Tier III: 3 six foot tables, 6 chairs (roughly 25-30 feet of space) - $1,175
Non-Profit/Small Business Levels: ***Please Note: OSHSA and the SBP Summit reserve the right to ask for proof of non-profit status if you select this optio n. ***Limited number available***
